EE WAS IN A SCOOP THAT WOULD NOT TRAM. THE SCOOPWAS BEING PUSHED BY A HAULER. THE HAULER END SLIPPED OFF THE SCOOP AS IT WENT INTO A DIP IN THE MINE FLOOR. THIS CAUSED THE EE TO BE JOSTLED INTO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE SCOOP CANOPY.
