REPAIRMAN WAS WORKING ON A SINGLE HEAD ROOFBOLTER AND WAS REACHING FOR A HAMMER TO DRIVE PIN THROUGH A TRAM CHAIN WHEN HIS HAND CAME IN CONTACT WITH A PIECE OF SHARP METAL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LIGHT COVER AND CUT HAND.
