Narrative

EE WAS WORKING IN COOLER KEEPING SLIDES BLOWN DOWN WITH AIR LANCE. HE BECAME OVER HEATED AND WAS SENT TO A COOLER LOCATION WITH SOMETHING TO DRINK AND TO COOL OFF. EE LEFT AREA WITHOUT BEING O K'D BY FOREMAN. BECAME OVER HEATED AGAIN AND WASTRANSPORTED TO ER BY AMBULANCE AS A PRECAUTION.
