EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO HANG LINE CURTAIN ACROSS INTERSECTION. EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON A PLASTIC BUCKET WHEN HE FELL OFF THE BUCKET STRIKING HIS LEFT ELBOW ON THE MINE FLOOR.
