EMPLOYEE WAS USING TORCH TO CUT BOLTS ON ROLLER FRAME. HE REMOVED HIS GLOVES TO PERFORM ANOTHER TASK & WHEN HE WENT BACK TO THE ROLLER FRAME IT WAS STILL HOT & HE BURNED HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER
