A SECTION FOREMAN WAS WALKING TO THE SECTION FACE. HE SLIPPED AND TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE. HE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL SEPT. 24, 2003 WHEN HE WENT OFF WORK FOR KNEE SURGERY.
