Narrative

COOLING CONTAINER WAS NOT FLUSHED OR EMPTIED BEFORE PUTTING ON CRANE. THEN COOLING FLUID IGNITED AND STARTED TO BURN. AFTER USING TWO EXTINGUISHERS, FLAME STILL WAS BURNING. FINALLY IT WAS PUT OUT WITH DIRT AND MUD. BEFORE DOING SO, EE BREATHED SMOKE AND TOXIC FUMES IN HER LUNGS. DUE TO SMOKE INHALATION, THROAT AND LUNGS WERE BURNT. SHE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
