EE WAS HOLDING A BLOCK OF WOOD BETWEEN BREAKOUT WRENCH AND PIPE RACK WITNESS WAS OPERATING WRENCH CONTROLS. THE DRILL IS NOISY AND CONTROL OPERATOR THOUGHT HE HEARD EE SAY OK AND MOVED WRENCH. EE S FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN WOOD AND PIPE RACK.
