Narrative

EE AND CO-WORKERS WERE UNLOADING A GENERATOR/WELDER FROM THE BACK OF A FLATBED TRUCK. AS THEY MOVED THE UNIT FORWARD HIS FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE GENERATOR/WELDER AND THE TAILGATE BRACKET .
