EE WAS 4500' OUTBY #1 SECTION OPERATING A SCOOP.WHILE TRAMMING THE SCOOP BACK TO THE CHARGER, THE SCOOP LOST POWER & CAME TO A STOP. AT THIS TIME EE NOTICED THE BATTERY PLUG SMOKING, AS HE HUR RIED OUT OF THE SCOOP TO PULL THE PLUG OUT, HE FELL TWISTING HIS BACK.
