AN EE WAS ASSISTING W RERAILING A LOWBOY, USING A LIFT JACK AND A AIR BAG, AS HE WAS PLACING A BLOCK UNDER THE JACK, THE AIR BAG KICK OUT, CAUSING THE LOWBOY TO FALL ON THE JACK, PINCHING HIS LEFT LITTLE FINGER.
