EE WAS HELPING TO INSTALL A NEW BELT HEAD INSTALLATION. AS HE STEPPED OFF THE BELT TAIL HE TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE. THE BELT TAIL WAS 24""HIGH. HE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 10/11/03.
