AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED AT SPAD #026 ON THE 1ST NORTHWAST MAIN RETURN, #1 ENTRY. THE FALL WAS APPROX. 25' X 17.2' X 15'. ALL ENTRANCES WILL BE TIMBERED AND DANGERED OFF.
