EE STATES THAT HE WAS PULLING A TRIP OF SUPPLIES ON THE MAINLINE HAULAGE. HE SAW THAT THE TRACK SWITCH AHEAD OF HIM WAS MIS-ALIGNED AND APPLIED HIS BRAKES BUT STILL RAN THRU THE SWITCH AND INT O THE TRACK BOLTER WHICH HAD BEEN PARKED IN THE SPURR.
