EE WAS REMOVING BOLT-ON CUTTING EDGE FROM BUCKET OF FEL. HE WAS USING BARE HANDS AND 1"" IMPACT TO REMOVE THE PLOW BOLTS. HIS LEFT HAND WAS ON HEAD OF PLOW BOLT WHEN IT TURNED UNDER THE FORCE O F THE IMPACT. HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER SUSTAINED A LACERATION REQUIRING SUTURES.
