THE EAST FINLEY ELEVATOR WAS DOWN FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. THERE WAS NO ENTRAPMENT OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT. THE BRAKES WERE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT AND CAUSED AN OVERLOAD CONDITION.
