Narrative

EE WAS IN A SCOOP BEING PULLED TO THE BOTTOM BY A RAMCAR. DESCENDING A HILL, THE SCOOP'S BRAKES FAILED CAUSING THE SCOOP TO ROLL UP ON THE BED OF THE RAMCAR AND THEN ROLLED BACK OFF.
