HORIZONTAL DUCT FROM NEW HEATER HAD ACCUMULATED COAL DUST WHICH CAUGHT ON FIRE. FIRE INSIDE DUCT WAS IGNITION POINT FOR COAL DUST TO EXPLODE AND REPTURING THE 2 RELIEF DISKS.
