Narrative

EE WAS INSTALLING A ROOF BOLT. HE WAS STRAIGHTENING THE BOLT & TRYING TO GET IT IN THE DRILL POT. HE HIT THE WRONG LEVER & STARTED HIS ROTATION. THIS CAUSED HIS GLOVE TO CATCH ON A BURR ON THE BOLT & IT WRAPPED HIS HAND AROUND THE BOLT CAUSING IT TO BREAK 2 BONES IN THE TOP OF HIS HAND & ONE IN HIS THUMB.
