## Narrative

EE was helping to install a rectrifier which was very heavy. They were using pry bars to move the equipment up into place. EE did not feel any pain until later that evening after he went to bed, when he suffered severe shoulder pain.  He could not get any relief, so he went to the ER for evaluation and treatment.  He was treated and released to restricted duty.
