WAS CHECKING HYDRAULIC OIL IN LOADER. HE OPENED THE LID COVER BUT DID NOT HAVE IT OPENED BEYOND CENTER POINT. THE LID CAME BACK AND HIT HIM ON HIS LEFT HAND. HE BEGAN TO MISS WORK 11-13-03.
