Narrative

INJURED WAS ASSISTING MINER OPERATOR, WHEN A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL FROMT HE ROOF STRIKING HIM ON HIS RIGHT LEG. THIS RESULTED IN A FRACTURE TO HIS RIGHT ANKLE.
