EMPLOYEE'S FOOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE TIRE AND THE MACHINERY FRAME WHILE GETTING OFF THE EQUIPMENT. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE CLINIC AND THE X-RAY REVEALED A FRACTURE OF THE CALCANEOUS BONE.
