EE WAS DRIVING TRUCKS TO FUEL STATION AS WELL AS TRUCKING SCREENINGS TO WASH PLANT. DURING THIS TIME, HIS BACK BEGAN TO HURT. THIS IS AN ALLEGED REINJURY TO AN ORIGINAL INJURY OCCURING IN 2000 (WHICH WAS AGAIN REINJURED IN 2001 AND RECENTLY IN JULY OF 2003). THIS ALLEGED INJURY/ACCIDENT IS CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION.
