AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED AT SPAD #11+80 ON MAIN NORTH RETURN #1 ENTRY (B). THE APPROACHES HAVE BEEN TIMBERED AND AREA DANGERED OUT. THE FALL WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP.
