INJURED WAS WALKING DOWN SLOPED AILSEWAY IN BASEMENT OF STEP II AGGLOMERATOR BUILDING & SLIPPED ON WATER/OIL/MUD SLURRY THAT WAS COVERING FLOOR.INJURED FELL TO THE GROUND AND LANDED ON HIS RT. ANKLE CAUSING FRACTURE.
