Narrative

EE WAS REMOVING CONCRETE FROM A DUST COLLECTOR. DURING THIS TASK CEMENT DUST FELL ON THE INSIDE OF HIS ELBOW, RIGHT ARM. THE CONTINUOUS FLEXING OF HIS ARM CAUSED AN ABRASION.
