INJURED WAS PLASTERING STOPPINGS AND GOT ""BLOCK BOND"" INTO HIS GLOVE AND ONTO HIS SKIN. THIS LATER RESULTED IN A RASH OR BURN TO HIS RIGHT WRIST.
