EE WAS STRUCK ON THE LEFT LEG WITH THE DRILL POT WHILE PULLING OUT A BENT BOLT. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO A LOCAL E.R., TREATED & SCHEDULED FOR AN ORTHOPEDIC VISIT ON 12/8/03. AFTER BEING EXAMINED BY THE ORTHOPEDIST HE WAS RELEASED TO RETURN TO WORK.
