Narrative

DURING LONGWALL RECOVERY PROCESS, EE STARTED TO CLIMB OUT OF PANLINE, OVER CABLE HANDLER. HIS RIGHT FOOT GOT CAUGHT IN PANLINE, HE SLIPPED AND FELL SIDEWAYS, TWISTING HIS RIGHT KNEE.
