Narrative A PERSON WELDING ABOVE WHERE HE WAS WORKING WELDING ON THE #14 HAMMERMILL. A PIECE OF SLAG FELL GOING DOWN THE BACK OF HIS SHIRT CAUSING A 2ND DEGREE BURN ON HIS LOWER BACK.
