## Narrative

EE thought he was experiencing symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. The DR stated he suspected carpal tunnel syndrome. EE was sent to specialist. Nerve conduction studies were done & EE was dia gnosed with bilateral carpal & cubital tunnel syndromes. EE having surgery on right wrist & elbow operated on 12/18/03 & then in 4 weeks will have surgery on the left wrist & elbow.
