MECHANIC WAS CUTTING BOGIE PINS WITH AN ACETYLENE TORCH AND LEFT HAND WAS BY HANDLE OF TORCH. THE HANDLE OF THE TORCH WAS LOOSE ALLOWING OXYGEN TO BUILD UP IN THE GLOVE AND IGNITE.
