EE WAS DRIVING WEDGES ON A CAP LINE, WORKING ON A PLATFORM ABOUT 5' OFF THE GROUND. WHILE HE WAS DRIVING THE WEDGES WITH A HAMMER THE CABLE SLIPPED OFF ONE SIDE CAUSING HIM TO FALL.
