Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS USING A SLATE BAR TO CLEAN THE TRACKS ON THE KOMATSU PC 4000 SHOVEL. WHILE PULLING ON THE BAR HE PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.
