Narrative

A DUST EXPLOSION OCCURRED IN THE BIN OF THE OLD TRAIN LOADOUT AS COAL WAS BEING LOADED OUT OF THE #2 SILO. THE COAL WAS TO BE REMOVED AS IT WAS SUSPECTED OF BEING HOT.
