## Narrative

EE was removing 3 light fixtures and poles & install on the belt while unscrewing the 3rd fixture and pole from the T on the base, bottom slipped out & the fixture fell to right. he was holding on the pole & his l. thumb was smashed between pole & handrail on the belt. thumbnail was pulled away from nail bed & began bleeding. went to Medcor. xray showed fractured.
