EMPLOYEE WAS PICKING UP A SPOOL OF CABLE FOR THE CO DETECTION SYSTEM ALONG THE BELTLINE. HE SLIPPED IN THE MUD, FELL AND STRUCK HIS RIGHT ELBOW ON A CONCRETE BLOCK.
