Narrative

Employee was dumping a load of rock in the return of #3 unit at the time of the incident. As he was tramming down #2 entry, a rock fell from the roof, struck his hauler canopy and broke. Part of the rock came in the canopy and struck him on the shoulder causing a contusion on it.
