## Narrative

Injured was training a newly hired miner; twice that day he had cautioned never to climb live equipment. Injured then climbed side of conveyor, perhaps to ""show off"" the wrong way or to view crusher (not a miner task). Heavy coveralls caught under right arm shaft of conveyor pulley. Clothing squeezed, bruised and tore skin on arm. Upper arm broken with simple fracture.
