EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING TRUCK WHEN HE GOT IT OUT OF GEAR. EMPLOYEE COULD NOT GET TRUCK BACK IN GEAR & LOST CONTROL, TURNING TRUCK ON SIDE. EMPLOYEE STRUCK HEAD IN CAB.
