Narrative

BEARING BOLT ON A SYMETRO GEARBOX WAS CUT WITH A TORCH. THE BOLT BECAME AIRBORNE ONCE THE CUT WAS MADE DUE TO STORED ENERGY FROM TORQUE. THE BOLT STRUCK EMPLOYEE'S LEFT HIP.
