The employee was riding in the crew bus from the Meikle Mine to the Rodeo Mine. He was sitting in one of the seats over one of the rear tires. The bus hit a large chuck hole, causing the employee to bounce around in his seat. He was taken to the ER for evaluation and treatment. After a follow-up doctor visit, he was taken off work.
