## Narrative

Employee was working on the underscreen belt trying to remove some ice and snow from the pulley. They had been melting the ice with a torch. Employee was going to hitt the pulley with a hammer as the belt was turning. The hammer got caught pulling his arm between the pulley and the belt crushing his arm.
