WHILE STAYING BACK TO HELP ON A POWER MOVE, EMPLOYEE LEANED OVER TO SAY SOMETHING TO THE SCOOP OPERATOR. EMPLOYEE ACCIDENTLY RESTED HIS RIGHT HAND ON THE BACK OF THE SCOOP BUCKET AT THE SAME TIME THE SCOOP OPERATOR PULLED THE RAM IN ON THE SCOOP, MASHING THE EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT HAND.
