EE WAS PLACING A CRIB BLOCK UNDER THE BACK OF THE MINER BUMPER AND HE INSTRUCTED THE MINER OPERATOR TO RAISE THE STAB JACK, THE OPERATOR DID AS INSTRUCTED AND EE'S RIGHT THUMB WAS PINCHED BETW EEN THE MINER FRAME AND THE CRIB BLOCK.
