EMPLOYEE WAS HANGING MINER CABLE WHEN HE FELT PAIN IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER. BY THE TIME HIS SHIFT WAS OVER, EMPLOYEE COULD NOT RAISE HIS ARM WITHOUT PAIN.
