Narrative

EE ALLEGES WHILE HE WAS PRYING BEARING CAP WITH TRACK BAR AND BAR SLIPPED AND FELL DOWN ON FLOOR AND HIT HIM ON LEG, ELBOW, BACK AND UPPER & LOWER THIGH. THE REASON THIS IS SO LATE IN BEING RE PORTED IS THAT EE WAS ABLE TO DO HIS REGULAR JOB UNTIL HIS RESTRICTIONS WERE CHANGED ON 1/13/04.
