Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON A 4 FT LADDER HANGING A WING CURTAIN WHEN HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL, JAMMING HIS RIGHT ARM. HE CONTINUED WORKING ON REGULAR DUTY UNTIL 1/28/04 WHEN HE WAS ASSIGNED TO RESTRICTED DUTY WHILE WAITING FOR SURGERY TO REPAIR A TORN ROTATOR CUFF IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.
