EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON THE A CELL LINE HARVESTING COPPER WITH A STRONGBACK. THE EMPLOYEE HAD HIS FOOT WEDGED IN BETWEEN THE CATHODES. HE TOOK A STEP BACK AND TWISTED HIS KNEE.
